I love wine and I love my wine glasses. But my biggest worry about my wine glasses is that they can break easily.  That and water stains; they are so unsightly. My friends over at Jökel have Unbreakable Stemless Silicone Wine Glasses that are pretty freaking awesome. Yes! You read that right, they are unbreakable. I tested.

First–If you are like me, you have to know the deets. I try to use glass as much as possible, but when I have to use “plastic”, I like them to be BPA free and of course, Eco-friendly. -1 point for being made in China, +5 for all the other stuff. Did I mention they are unbreakable?

My first test was the squish. These are pretty fun to hold and pay with. I rolled them all over. The best part is that when you hold them, they don’t feel too squishy. So, as long as you do not manhandle them, they are pretty solid.

The second test was the crumple. I basically tried to crumple it like a piece of paper. It did not break. Also–ignore my dirty nails, I had just cooked dinner.

They look like beautiful orbs. The ghost of my great-grandmother, telling me to drink wine.

I did not just play with them though, I actually drank from them! When they are filled with liquid, they feel quite bulbous, like a water balloon. I wanted to squeeze it with the wine inside, but even in my Moscato induced haze, I knew it was a bad idea.

Basically, these glasses are awesome. This is one of those things that I never knew existed and now I know, my drinking will always be in these cups. They cannot break, they do not show water marks and they look like cool orbs.

Since my pack only came with 4 cups, I am definitely going to be purchasing another pack.
