For some reason, I am drawn to Juice cleanses. I inexplicably keep trying to do them even though my last attempted was felled by my indigestion. With that being said, I am doing a 3 day juice cleanse from Pressed Juicery. I am really excited because, while the last cleanse I tried was by Suja and the juices were decent, Pressed Juicery allowed me to pick my cleanse based off of a certain list of juices. So, I picked juices with no beets. Those beets really killed me in the last cleanse.

Ordering and shipping was a breeze. I selected the juices I wanted (there are also pre-selected cleanses, if you don’t want to choose) and picked my delivery date. The juices are only good for 3 days after ordering so I had mine delivered on 04/21 so I could do the cleanse from 04/22-4/24. This date is important because these juices are pressed and not pasteurized and they will not last as long as a juice you just buy off the shelf.

They were delivered and were sealed in an insulated bag with plenty of ice packs. I had them delivered to work at 9 m and they were still chilly by the time I got home around 8pm. They also included numbers on the top so you would know what order to drink them in. I loved this because with my previous cleanse, I had to keep looking it up.

I am going to start my cleanse with the Lemon Cayenne H20. It is lemon, Alkaline water, and cayenne pepper. I hope this one tastes good!

My second juice of the day will be Greens 1.5. It is kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery, lemon and sea salt. I basically chose this one for vegetables. I don’t have high expectations.

My third juice (basically lunch time) is the Citrus 2, Pineapple, apple, lemon and mint. If I could have chosen a whole cleanse with just this, I would have in a heart beat.

My fourth juice will be the citrus 1. Cucumber, pineapple, lemon, coconut water, and aloe vera. I chose this mainly because it sounded odd and I wanted to try it.

My fifth juice will be the root 2. It has carrots, kale, romaine, spinach, parsley, apple and ginger. I love carrots and carrot juices so this was a must for me.

Lastly, I am going to round it off with a little Vanilla “milk” (obviously no dairy). It has almonds, dates, vanilla bean and sea salt. This was my favorite part of my last cleanse and I hope I can make it there again.

And for aesthetic, here is how they look in my fridge:

I just love the colors in my fridge! Well, here is to hopefully 3 days of cleanse!
