A couple of weeks ago I blogged about this cheese cooler that Influenster sent me on behalf of Sargento products. I had left it at work for a few days a but I finally remembered to bring it home and actually use it.

I can’t explain in words what makes this so awesome, but I will try with some pictures:

This little contraption comes in handy when packing lunch for work. I have of those work kitchens where anything that goes into the communal fridge becomes fair game. I one time left a bag of 4 chicken nuggets in the freezer and the next morning there were only two in the bag. I took the chicken nuggets and left an angry note in the bag. The next morning the bag was gone. Further evidence that someone would have just kept eating my food! I bring a lunch cooler but do not like to keep an ice pack or ice because it melts and makes my lunch soggy or worse seeps through the seems. This little pack helps because the cheese itself acts like an ice pack and it is almost as old coming out of this cooler as it is when it comes out of the fridge.

Unfortunately, I do not know if this is an actual retail item or just a freebie. I think they would make a great addition to packed lunches every where.
