On Wednesday I headed over to the neighboring state of Arizona to visit my Grandparents. I took some pictures of the drive up and found it so interesting how many different terrains and landscapes I had to drive through in just 400 miles.

HUGE DISCLAIMER: A lot of these pictures were taken while I was driving. As you can see from the photos, I was literally on the road by myself and had slowed down if not stopped altogether to take these. I would never endanger my life or the lives of others just for a picture. That being said, enjoy!

I would just like to point out that at this point I was still in California, which was only about 100 miles away from San Diego at that point. It was crazy how the landscape kept changing. Then it got creepy. Pretty much until I got to Yuma, for about 30 or 40 miles I was by myself on the road. On both sides. I kept thinking I was in a scene from Supernatural.

After this area, I got into Gila Bend, then the 85 which took me to the 10 and then the 101 loop. This area had traffic so I didn’t even bother taking pictures. However, it was your typical highway, so you can figure out what it looked like.
