I finally got a chance to use my Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Shampoo & Condition and I will admit I was impressed. For a non-salon department store product, it definitely delivered.

I have long hair which is pretty awesome most of the time but it also means that the end of my hair gets split ends and tangles very quickly. I am not sure if the proper term is to say dead hair, but it is old hair. It tends to get frizzy pretty quickly so I was looking forward to using the conditioner the most. I felt like the shampoo could have gotten my hair just a bit cleaner. It still left my roots feeling a little greasy but no more than most department store shampoos. While the shampoo was decent in its own right, the real star was the conditioner.

The first thing I noticed was that the conditioner was thick. I only needed just a drop to work into my hair and I could already run my fingers through it. Since I let my hair air dry, I can usually tell within 30 minutes if I am going to have a frizzy day. I was very pleased to notice that my hair stayed pretty tame and smooth. My only concern is that the Shampoo & Conditioner are only masking the frizziness and not really making my hair healthy again. I guess we will find out soon enough but it is doing its job in the mean time!
