It finally feels like I am back on track! I really haven’t lost any of the weight back that I gained but I have been eating better! Even though the candy at work has provided some struggles for me, I have been able to get away with only a few pieces, not completely ruining my diet. Once my knee starts to feel better (random dance injury) I will be back to hula and to Insanity. I just need to keep motivated and positive, which is extremely hard for me.
I made a lot of changes in April. I decided to dedicate myself to writing and so far I have done a pretty good job. I made a decision about grad school and now I just need to study. My goals for May are to lose 5 pounds and to finish at least one practice test for the GRE.

It is a bit jumbled but you can see that from the beginning of the year my issues have been with grad school, my body and writing. It is a little scary to see myself follow through with a plan. I would say I am productive but not very diligent. I really hope that come the end of May, I can start adding some new dreams.
