One of the reasons I started this blog was to track my weight loss. I am currently doing three things: Weight Watchers, Diet Pills and Exercising. I am not looking for results just yet, more like a stable routine and life style change. I can tell you I would love to lose 100 pounds and I want to document my progress for myself and for other normal people to get inspired.
Starting Weight:

So you see–I really do need to lose 100 pounds! People keep telling me “Katie, if you lose 100 pounds you will be nothing!” I do not think that 130 is fat by any means but it has never been considered nothing.
As far as my eating plan, I am doing Weight Watchers:
I am not strong enough to start the diet on my own, so I need to buckle down and get some help. I would call Jenny but that bitch is not a cheap date.
Now, I have heard much debate about diet pills. People either love them or hate them. Well I decided to try it. I am not as ashamed as I thought I was going to be because nothing in life makes you drop weight with no effort. With the diet pills I am using, you still have to do cardio. In fact I used them without changing my eating or exercising and they didnt work. Hopefully they will help me out now that I am doing some work:
And lastly, my exercise plan. I am doing Insanity. And by doing, I mean trying. The people on the video make it look so easy but for me it is not so. You dont get to 230 by doing the moves in Insanity so, I am to blame. It is just that Shaun T. is so nice and encouraging, I feel like I am failing him. He is also not that bad to look at.
Here is to a new life change.
